      A home inspection was done on the listed property and a piece of flashing was missing on the sun room extension and it needs to be fixed because the roof is under warranty. The business refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls.

      Hi *****,

      After speaking with our team internally, we understand that you called us and we did speak with you. From this conversation we surmised that you believe that due to a recent home inspection that your flashing is missing from a job that we completed for you a few years ago. 

      We tried to understand how the inspector saw that the flashing was missing when he did not go onto the roof - and the flashing can only be seen from on top of the roof since it sits below shingles. We tried to get additional photos to show us that the flashing is missing. 

      We need to be able to see that the flashing is missing from our end in order to issue work to be sent out in that area to review the flashing. 

      Since the inspector you used did not get on the roof and we do not have additional photos - we asked if you have experienced a leak to which you answered you have not. 

      We would appreciate additional photos of the flashing in question and/or an individual viewing from the rooftop the flashing in question.
