  Where do I start! Let's start with the owner of this company. He was very rude to me when I called to ask why my garbage was not picked up. Now, this has happened several times. When asked why my garbage was not picked up, he became very arrogant and rude. First telling me I cancelled my service then telling me I didn’t pay my bill. In which of course he was wrong about both. The Bill was paid up until October. But because he is not a good businessperson and did not do his homework, he became argumentative with me and rude. Not even apologize for this mistake. He told me “If you’re complaining why do I need my business”. I just called to ask why my garbage was not picked up. It was like talking to a teenager. He would not stop arguing with me and proceeded to call me names. When I asked for his name, He said it was Jack Ass. I am a woman and a Veteran of the United States Army. I will not stand for this man being that arrogant to me when he was wrong. It was exhausting. When I told him I will be writing a review, he said he said “DO IT! With a bad review he gets 20 more customers. He was disrespectful and rude. Cancelled my service right then. Beware they don’t send letter out about raising their prices and if you don’t watch they skip picking up your garbage. The worst part is the Owners manners.
