    Here is the problem in a nut shell: I join and post items. But the next day I am deleted. I have broken no rules and only respond to emails sent me first.     To Whom It May Concern at the Better Business Bureau, 
    We are writing in response to the complaint filed against us by an individual who has been  banned from our community due to consistent harassment of our staff and members. We  appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and provide our side of the story. 
    As stated in the complaint, the individual in question has not been able to rejoin our community after having been banned from our community due to multiple instances of harassment and  abusive behavior towards our staff and members. Despite our efforts to allow this person to  return to our community, they have repeatedly engaged in such behavior, making it impossible  for us to continue accommodating them. 
    Given the history with this person, we have made the difficult decision to permanently ban this  individual from our site. We believe that this is the best course of action to protect our  community members and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all. 
    It is also important to note that the individual in question has created multiple fake personas  over the year, which is a violation of our community guidelines. We have taken measures to  ensure that these fake personas cannot access our site and will continue to block new  accounts this individual creates in the future. 
    Furthermore, we are aware that the individual in question had interactions with a member who  claimed to be the owner of our site. We want to clarify that this individual has never had any  affiliation with our site ownership, and we have informed the complainant of this fact. However,  they continue to believe this person's false claims. 
    In conclusion, we regret the situation with the individual in question and the actions we had to  take, but we believe it was necessary to protect our community members. We hope that this  response provides a clear understanding of our side of the story.
