    Made 3 reservations this season. Spent almost $1000 for these reservations. The September reservation was a tenting site. We decided that we are just too old to do tenting so I asked to cancel the reservation. They said that I didn't choose something about a flex rate (which I just found out they charge you more $$$ for) so I get no refund. I then told them that I'll keep the reservation and they told me they already rented it out to someone else. Sounds like double dipping to me, wonder if they report that extra $$$ to the *** (I may have to notify them).... Will NEVER go to this place again - even though the campground itself is very nice, but I can't deal with organizations that s**** over their yearly customers...
