    I went in to get my hair colored I told the girl I do not like white blonde hair I want honey blonde I showed her a picture of what I was going for I told her I do not like dark hair and I told her I did not want dark hair around my face needless to say my hair is black with white blonde hair

    Dear *******,

    This letter is to address the client, ****** ******, of the
    complaint she has filed with your agency. The client came in person to make an
    appointment for a color and haircut. At that time a consultation was given to
    the client along with a second consultation when she came for her service. She
    was made aware that considering the current level of damage and color of her
    hair we will not get her goal in one session. 
    She stated to the stylist and me, “I know that this will not happen in
    one appointment”.  At appointment the
    colors used were chosen with the client and her approval. The color chosen was
    a level 6 as the base color to match her natural hair root for lower
    maintenance and agreed to get the highlights as light as her hair would
    allow.   After her service was complete,
    she proceeded to tip the stylist $60.00 and make a follow up appointment. We do
    have a policy at my salon that if a client is unhappy with any service, they
    can contact us within one week and we will do whatever we can so that the
    service is to their satisfaction.  Upon
    leaving the client was very satisfied with her service even stating, “if these
    before and after pictures don’t get you more clients, I don’t know what
    will”.  The client never reached out to
    the salon concerning any issues.

     I am providing the
    before and after pictures of this client for you to see she did not have black
    hair with white, blonde. Please contact me at above number if you have future

    I don't care what pictures they send it is completely the opposite of what I wanted. I went to a new person spent $90 and they came 10 times closer to what I wanted. I want a refund or a partial refund for nothing but a rip off for $300
