My mom was experiencing a main drain issue for the water leaving her home. Technician came out did nothing was unable to put a camera down the line to visibly see anything he had no idea which way the line even went. He left her a $1,400 investment price not an estimate and investment, pretty good considering he didn't do anything he had absolutely no idea of what was entailed in the job. Had City waste guy stop up used a very simple method found the direction of the pipe leaving the home informed me that she would have to have the line jetted that way a camera could be put down. I would never ever use this company for anything. Smells extremely Shady of somebody trying to take advantage of a unsuspecting female client. Call the office to make a complaint and waiting and looking forward to speaking with service manager first thing Monday morning. I would not recommend this company to ****** a toilet

I had a leak in a main sewer pipe, that is also next to our master bedroom downstairs. I called Andreas, because I use them for my furnace repairs and maintenance. Figuring the are an honest company, boy was I wrong. They come out Friday around 1pm, investigate the issue, and continue to tell me this is going to take too long to fix, that they would have to come out on Monday morning since it will take most of the day. To help the issue, or attempt to, they put some putty on the hole to prevent the pipe from leaking, which didn't hold.

So, all weekend I am putting towels down to soak up the water leaking from my sewer pipe, and the smell was horrible all weekend long. We were washing in basins, and only flushing toilets when we absolutely had to, to prevent using water.

Monday morning comes, they are in the door at 9am and gone by 11:30. 2.5 hours and it costs me $2600. I called the business and asked why it was so much, can I get an itemized bill for this, and their feedback was they charge by the job. I was irate. there was no more than $400 of PVC pipe, and 2.5 hours of labor. So, I do the math.

2.5 hours of labor, lets round up to 6 hours to be generous. say $200/hour, which is way more than the industry standard, which is around $125 for a plumber in my area. $1200
      Plus $400 for parts
Give an additional $200 for a service charge.
      That is $1800.
So I call and ask for an $800 refund that they were not being hones and fair.

      Their response.

%50 of what we charge you is for the actual job.
%40 is for training, our awesome office staff, and to keep the lights on.
      %10 is profit.

So they basically admitted that it only cost $1300 to do the job. So 1800 was a fair offer.

Do your research before using Andreas, others have the same issue. Very overpriced, apparently twice as much as it should be.

Water/Sewer leak. Technician came out on Friday afternoon and stated it would be an all day job to replace piping. Temporarily repaired it to hold over for the weekend which did not work. Returned on Monday - charged us for an all day project that took them 3 hours of labor and no more than 400 dollars in PVC piping. Spoke to the office gentleman who claims they charge per the job which covers material, their office staff, training of the technicians, keeping their lights on, and profit. $2600.00. Apparently, this is not the only complaint on this company from others in the community.
