    We sent our car crusher cylinders to be repaired on September 1, 2023. We were told it would be a several weeks or more. They got them finished and we had them picked up and paid for Oct. 19, 2023. It took 7 weeks for the repairs which means our crusher which we depend on weekly for a major part of our income was down. As shown on the attached invoice the cost of it all was $28,662.40. We also paid $200 to haul them there and $200 to haul them back to us and $500 for the guy to take them off and put them back on. Everything seemed to be great, however in July 2024 we called to tell them our cylinders were leaking, they ask us questions of course to see if we installed properly etc., which of course we did, and they ask for pictures. We completely flushed the system, put all new hoses and fittings etc. before the refurbished cylinders were reinstalled. Paying out this much money we wanted to make sure everything was new. Our thoughts were, they would send someone out to verify but they didn't, however we did send pictures and an actual video of it leaking as the man requested. to this day, we have had no response and no attempts to make this right. This machine is not even used excessively it is used 1 day each week for an hour or two to crush approx. 10 cars. The thing is "both" cylinders are leaking not just one. We are requesting these to be fixed without any further expense to us and compensated for our down time.
