    I hired ***** for my daughters wedding on March 18,2023 I have included the menu and price On the day of the wedding someone else came in ambers place which I was not informed about Once it was time for the reception to start ****** who was sent by ***** said he wasn't told this was a wedding reception and there was only enough food for 30/40 people All the guests we waiting to be fed ******,myself and others were trying to get a hold of ***** but she wouldn't answer texts calls or emails The bride was in tears and extremely embarrassed that there was not enough food as promised for her guests Not able to get ahold of ***** we decided something needed to be done so we could feed our guests so an additional 1000+ was spent to get pizzas salads and drinks which we shouldn't of had to do after the wedding I did not have any response from ***** for days and she kept ignoring my texts/emails She responded eventually stating she was coming up with a resolution but again I never heard from her She has completely disregarded my attempts to resolve this issue She was prepaid for her services as she requested I feel I should get a refund for what I didn't get and for her not following through with what was promised and the extra money we needed to spend due to Ambers fault We did not have enough food for our guests and I'm not sure what happened but I need to have this resolved ***** is very unprofessional and handling the situation wrong I'm asking if you could please help with this matter because my efforts have not worked Thank you ********
