    I made an order on the sole.parts website on Sept 15th and selected the fasted shipping possible, priority mail. I called on Monday Sept 16 to confirm the item was going to ship that day. I was told the item was too big and it would ship by ***** as soon as they could get to it. On Friday, Sept 20th, I finally got an email that it shipped. It is Wednesday, Sept 25, and 10 days later it has still not arrived, having selected the fastest shipping possible. Sole.Parts has a broken business process that needs to be fixed - when a customer selects the fastest shipping possible, for more money than regular shipping, the order should go to the top of the list to ship, not wait "until they get to it" or be worked in the order it was received, that is the entire point of requesting and paying for the fastest shipping. Also, Sole.Parts is not a part of the ************************************ which is identified in small, subdued print at the bottom of their website - now I understand why their business practices/processes are poor. The fact that Sole.Parts, is a third party and not affiliated with ***************/Sole Fitness should be disclosed more prominently on their website and/or mobile purchasing process, while I assume it is not technically a scam, I feel like I have been scammed. I would have never purchased this product from a third party had it been more clear to me as the customer. This shipping experience by ********************** is and has been a fiasco, I as the customer should be refunded or credited 25% or 50% of what I spent on the part I purchased from this third party company to make up for this poor shipping experience, broken business practice, and somewhat concealed third party business issue.
