We went to Dong Yang Market on June 19, 2023 at around 1627. We were charged $151.29 twice and I told the Lady that and showed her on the bank statement and she said it will fall off in 30 minutes. The next day June 20, 2023 it shows that we were still charged twice for the same amount. So we went to the Market to ask for a refund of the amount. We showed the receipt and the bank statement that it charged us twice and she says no she did not and for me to call the bank. We had the bank talking to the Lady saying that yes we were unfortunately charged twice for the amount of $151.29. The lady says no that's not right and refuses to refund us the money. Even with the proof from the receipt, bank statement, and the bank that we were charged twice, she refused to refund us. We are seeking a refund of the amount of $151.29.
