      I hired Bitner construction in Nov of 2019 to do some work on my mobile home. This included replacing heat tape under the mobile home on the pipes. In Dec of 2022 my pipes froze. I called another plumber to come and fix it. They told me there were large sections of pipe with no heat tape and the heat tape on pipes was several years old(not only 3 years). I had arranged for this plumber to fix the issue so that I could be sure it was properly done. When I contacted Bitner **************** manager, *********************, after talking to her boss, *******, she indicated that I would receive a refund from them in an attempt to make things right. Time went on and I did not receive a refund or any word on what was going on. I have attempted to e mail and message Bitner Brothers with no response. I am not attempting to get reimbursed for the inconvience or the water I had to buy or the gas I had to use to drive to use the bathroom during the three days I had no water. I am also not attempting to get reimbursed for the main valve which broke as a result of pipes freezing. All I would like is the cost of installing the heating tape on the pipes which was supposed to be included in my 2019 work. I have the original contract from 2019 and the invoice from **************************** Plumbing showing that they had to install heating tape on my pipes in Dec 2022. I also do not understand why I would be told the business would make it right if they had no intention of paying me reinbursment.

      Bitner Bros installed a brand new roof in Jan 2013. I just found out that they installed a new roof on the old roof and so the problems have started due to defective workmanship. We then contacted our insurance firm. Their adjuster has indicated that Faulty, inadequate and defective workmanship, design, construction, and/or materials have also contributed to the failed roof conditions observed by our adjuster. Thus they will NOT cover it Roof is only 9 years and Membrane is still under warranty. We were told that this was the best roof at time of purchase and will last 25 years as the warranty itself is 15 year.

      Charles B*****, the owner of the company, talked to the insurance agent and the roofer that did the roof.  They stated to him it was not Bitner Brothers Construction that caused the issues with the roof.  It was wear and tear.  **. * did not have any contact with us until August of this year.  If it was leaking as he said, then why didn't he call us?  We state in every contract that we must be contacted first before anyone else.  We have not seen any invoices from any roofers, other then the insurance companies roofer which stated the roof is in fair condition.  It is 10 years old, and is expected to have some depreciation.

      The statements made by the roofer he is refearing to are fake.  Furthermore the roofer he had look at it isn't even registered with the Attorney General.  How can they be the best if they aren't even legit?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Bitner Bros should have asked first before submitting a response.  Attached are the name of who stated the comments and I have written emails from them.  It may be time for them to resolve this issue rather than drag it further.
      As far as I know ** ****** is a *** Master Elite™ Certified Contractor.   A Master Elite™ Certification from *** is the highest level of roofing certifications available in the roofing industry. To gain this certification, contractors need to be properly licensed, adequately insured, and have a proven reputation.
