  So this company is underneath a company called Aspens Jewelers. I have done 3 orders with them. First order was missing a lot of the items, I did finally receive but was required to send a picture of what was sent. These orders were placed in October and in December. While the shipping was relatively quick I noticed that you could join them. (Now this to me seem to relate to getting emails, newsletter, etc) NOPE I was signed up for a membership. It is not stated as such, also I could not check out without clicking the box. I did see terms and service. It is over a page of run together text, poorly written and referral to sections that are no where to be found. They charged me $22.95 in October and November on my initial card I used. I missed seeing these charges until early January while preparing my business taxes. Then in late December one credit card texted asking if I recognized the charge from them. Again they tried to get another charge using a different card. This was marked as FRAUD. Now they are refusing to refund the other 2 charges. No where in the terms of service could I find anything about agreeing to being charged for membership fees. Sorry but no one is going to read this junk. It rambles on and on about this that and the other. DO NOT BUY FROM ASPENS JEWELERS. They do ship but you are then signed up for a membership. I also received none of the promised membership items. I have emailed the company regarding this practice and requested a refund, but they refuse. Next step is contacting the credit card company. I did not authorize the storage of my account information on their site.

  This business is a scam and fraudulent!! STAY AWAY!!
  I ordered about 18 pieces of jewelry (as holiday gifts) from the website they NOW run under the name ***** ********.
  Charged my credit card 3 times for the order, all at DIFFERENT PRICES (totaling over $400!).
  I contacted them immediately at their ONLY form of contact listed (support@) to cancel my order & why I was charged 3x. I received a response 6 days later, by a generic Customer Care representative they call “Lyra.” They told me the orders were already shipped & their system “glitched.”
  Then I received over 80 pieces of jewelry in one padded envelope without a packing slip, receipt, inventory… nothing.
  I only received half of the items I actually ordered & the rest were random items & multiple pieces of the same.
  I emailed to return & “Lyra” told me to keep all the jewelry but they’ll process a 30% discount for my $400+ order. AGAIN I asked how to return & get my refund processed. Didn’t hear back for over a week. Then, I received a return address. No instructions on how to return everything. Just an address in PA.
  I returned the jewelry with a tracking number. The items were received on Nov 8, 2023. Contacted them & heard nothing.
  Then my credit card was randomly charged for $22.95 on Nov 18, 2023.
  Contacted AGAIN & didn’t hear back, so I filled a dispute with my credit card company. “Lyra” responded by saying my “repeated emails” forced my ticket to the back of the queue & pretended to know nothing about my case, asking what I ordered, who told me to return the items, to what address, etc. Mind you, i can LITERALLY SEE THE ENTIRE EMAIL THREAD, including my order numbers, address, & return tracking number.
  Said the $22.95 charge was for a monthly membership I automatically authorized by making a purchase on their website.
  Still no refund. Did some Googling and saw that they wholesale, then other companies sell to small businesses and claim are handmade by local artisans in Aspen CO

  This business is running a scam, they claim to sell jewelry at a discounted price.
  Once you order any article of jewelry from them, not only the order takes weeks to be shipped but the product you receive does not match the description nor pictures in the website.
  On top of that, after your purchase, they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription for $16.95/month without notice, without any mention of it in their website and without a way of cancelling it.
  I have emailed them several times without response, they do not even provide a phone number in their website. It is impossible to contact them and to cancel this scam subscription which provides absolutely nothing!
  At the end I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card so they stopped charging my card monthly.
