    This company are scam artist , along with the Camphill police station! Experienced it 2024 in the month of November. My car got towed from a misunderstanding at DMV ( Taken care of immediately) Called Ga Smith towing to pick my car up the same day (Saturday) and was told i could not pick my car up until Monday and I had to call Monday to get a prices well. Where a single mother could have paid $125, I was forced to pay $375 to get my car. Not to mention, the police and tow driver seen me walk home from the incident and decided it was best to take my vehicle to the Camphill location which was an extra 6 miles out. Very rude and racist!

    My wife and I were involved in an accident after a vehicle drove around us on the should and locked his brakes in front of us on 11/15 towards **********. Tuesday May 14th my wife called to have the vehicle picked up. The man behind the phone asked if there was 1 or 2 vehicles involved, after my wife answered 1 he snarkly replied with "oh, so you're at fault" and then proceeded to chuckle. If I could rate a 0 I would. Sad that this is the business ************** uses for their towing services. Also had a gentleman from this company in a tow truck a few weeks back blow his horn at me in a protected crosswalk as he has a flashing yellow for his light.

    I’ve never done business with the company & wouldn’t recommend their business!
    My car was hit by one of the company tow trucks. & while trying to figure out how the tow truck hit my driver rear coming straight through a light, I was completely disrespected by the driver. The part to my tire that was taken off by the tow trucks tire was thrown over my head by Shania & I was told to “fetch it” I was called racial names aswell. When I left a review on google for the company, the owner told me I was the one who hit their truck & they was not firing the girl who hit my car! LUCKILY a GREAT Samaritan had a dash cam & recorded the WHOLE accident!
    It’s no way I could side swipe I tow truck on my left hand side if my intentions is to turn right.. I would obviously have to stay in my right hand lane.. As a business woman, anything that’s done in company attire (company car, company clothes, etc.) YOUR a representation of your company or the company you work for! & she’s still driving tow trucks for the company … ??
