    I ordered shelves from this company in March for $299.46. When received, I noted that due to the size and weight of the shelves they would not work for my project. I requested a return label from the company and learned that they do not pay for return shipping. I paid $75 to return the package to the company. The package was returned in the original, unopened packaging that I received it in. The company claimed the items were damaged and issued a refund as of $149.73, which is 1/2 of the original purchase price. If the items were damaged, it was due to the faulty packaging that they originally sent it in and was not any fault of mine. The company should issue a full refund or return the damaged shelves to me. At this point, I am out $225 and have nothing to show for it.
