      On 8/8/22 I had my SUV towed into AVP Service Center to have my engine replaced as they are the designated service center for my warranty. I received a call from them that day to confirm they had received my SUV but since then they have not attempted to call me regarding any updates, instead I've have had to call them myself 12 times. During a call on 9/7/22 they said that they finally replaced the engine but they needed to replace another part and where waiting to hear back from Allstate regarding warranty coverage. On 9/20/22 I was told that my parts were in and I would have my SUV back in a few days. After not hear back from them I called again on 9/27/22, 9/29/22 and 9/30/22 and was told each day that they needed to replace a sensor that was coming in that afternoon. It wasn't until I called on 10/6/22 that they actually got the sensor in and stated that they needed to replace it and test drive my SUV and that I would hear from them the following morning. I waited until noon the next day for a call before I again called them myself and they still hadn't done the test drive. After calling again after 3pm they stated that they didn't like how it was driving and they didn't know the problem and needed to look further into it. It's completely unacceptable that after 8 weeks this isn't resolved. I accepted a promotion at my job two weeks ago when they first told me I was getting my SUV back. I now have no way of getting to my new job that I was supposed to start today because it is and hour away from me and I've now had to call out of my first day of work and will miss the remainder of my first week. I need my SUV fixed and returned ASAP, my employer will not continue to hold my position much longer before they seek a replacement and I loose my job.
