      Zero stars I used *** for at least 15 years some communication issues but none the less I got my taxes done. This year I had my appointment on January 25, I had to provide one more document which I did. I then proceeded to contact *** for a whole month with no response. I finally stopped by today where he proceeded to called me a lying b**** , because I asked for my documents back. The disrespect and disregard to human decency is astounding.

      I have been using Jim Pauls tax service for about 15 years with no problems. Well, that changed in 2023. I gave Jim my 2021 and 2022 W-2s in April of 23; it is now September 2023 and I have no return. I have no idea if my taxes were even filed yet. I have been calling him on his cell and office phone for months. I left several voice messages and sent a ton of text messages with NO RESPONSE. I checked his reviews and found that he has done this several times to his customers. I'm appalled by the service I received this year. Since I liked the service I received for many years, I did not want to leave a bad review or file a complaint with the IRS. I now feel have no other choice. My money is being held hostage and the several months of trying to reach him is now exhausted.
