    On July 24th I reached out to ********************* to have my **** detailed, the correspondence is listed in the info attached. August 3rd *** came out and "detailed" my car. Upon paying him the outside of the **** looked Phenomenal. Friday is when I next drove my jeep and noticed that not everything had been done that ***** had told me would be done. I reached out to ***** and after a "ill get back to you" I reached out to ***. After saying I was unhappy, he asked why it took me almost a week to email him. I mentioned that I had Messaged ***** and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Time offered to refund me half of the money and mentioned that it was mailed out August 24th, 2023. I have been searching for an address for *** to file a small claims case but have been unsuccessful. I do notice looking at other reviews other people are dissatisfied as well

    On Monday, September 18th a technician from House of Sudz Mobile Detailing came to my house to detail my husband's truck and my ******* He did not do a thorough job. I paid extra because I have pets and yet he didn't even clean the inside of the rear windows. There is still dog slobber and nose prints! He used a generic ******** on the floor of the truck making it slippery and dangerous. Overall he rushed through the work and it showed. I called the phone number and spoke to *** who said he was the owner. He apologized and offered a money order of 25% as a refund for my experience and I accepted. It's been two weeks and nothing has arrived in the mail and he does not respond to my text.
