    I have used ***** oils in ********* PA since it has been opened and never had an issue. Last Saturday I went and got my oil changed . Only two guys were there and they didnt really speak much to me. Well after they did my oil change and went to put the new sticker in the window I looked at him and said,Are these the same oils the numbers are different. My last sticker said 0w-20fs . This new sticker said 5w-30fs. When I asked the gentleman and being concerned if that oil is the same or able to be used in my car also he replied with ,Oh yeah they must have wrote the numbers incorrectly. Well me trusting a place that specializes in oil they must know better then I do well my car started driving funny and I called them yesterday because with my dad passing recently , my work schedule , appts , and my childs school stuff that is literally the only time I had. When I called and talked to the manager yesterday whom was a female and super nice she said , Bring your car in as SOON as you can . I took it in yesterday and it indeed did have the incorrect oil . She did a full oil change and said if continue to have issues with my car the way it is running to take it to a dealership ****. Im seriously upset by this .I had NO issues with my car UNTIL I took it there for my oil change. I emailed the buisness twice including my phone number and they got back to the manager at ***** in ********* the ** did because she told me but no email no phone call nothing to me. I dont have money to fix the issue . Honestly I wish I could get all my money back for the years of business I gave this place only to be treated like a nobody for an issue THEY caused!!!!

    We have been dealing with an issue that occurred with ********* in *********, ** since Saturday, September 14, 2024. ********** headquarters is located in *******, **. On that date, my husband took our car, 2017 ****, in to get an oil change. The person who worked on the vehicle drained the transmission fluid instead. I have not had my car since then as it had to be towed first to local garage who couldn't fix it and then to the **** dealer in *************. We have been working with ******* ********* who is the supervisor at ********* who promised that all charges would be paid by ********* including my rental car. (I work and travel between ********, **********, **********, and ********.) To date, I have not received any reimbursement for my rental. In addition, the car now needs a new transmission. ******* was supposed to work with the **** dealer to set up an account to pay for this, but he has been missing for the past two weeks. In addition, we have tried to contact ***** Kapothanasis, owner of the headquarters, without any response. I did contact the State Attorney General regarding this matter. We want this matter taken care of as it is now going on two months without a car and no reimbursement. The transmission will be approximately $23,000 and I have over $3,000 in rental car repairs.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Castro Quick Lube LLC regarding complaint ID ********.  In fact, while we have called every day and emailed several times a week, we have had not had any response from them and they never answer the phone or respond to our voice messages.
