    In Mid-December 2022 I hired this company to install a gas furnace/boiler. There was an issue with the installation and the night of installation I was without heat and hot water, which was not able to be fixed until the next day. About six weeks later the furnace has randomly stopped working twice leaving me without heat and hot water. As of the time of this writing, it is February of 2023 and I have had no heat or hot water for going on 18 hours. I have multiple calls to their hotline literally begging someone to come look at this. There has been zero response. I am a single mother with a child in the home. There has been no response from this company - I dont even know if theyre still in business. I have included my receipt below which shows they have been paid in full for the furnace install.

    January 13th, 2023, our company received a call from *** ***** regarding her recently installed boiler not operating leaving her with no heat or hot water. ****** *******, project manager, went out to the call to further investigate the issue. He noted the following: “No codes present when I was there. Looked over entire system. Everything working as it should. Told homeowner if it happens again to get a picture of it if she could as it didn’t store the code.”
    On February 8th we received another call from ********* stating she had no hot water and her heat was only intermittently working. No pictures were available from *** ***** showing the error code the system was showing prior to our tech, ****** going out on this visit.  ****** ******* noted the following : “System off on error 118 low water pressure. Adjusted water feeder to 12 psi. Boiler fired up without resetting system.  System working properly. See pictures.” 
    The pictures below were added to the job note for reference by ****. These were taken during the operations check.  The readings show the system was operating as it should per manufacturers specifications. 
    Both times *** ***** called in we made it a priority that her issue was addressed in a timely manner to try and avoid any disruption to their home.  Aside from the exceptional quality of work our team aims to provide.
