    Evangelical has sent me to collections after collections after i had paid my copay, in august of 2022, and Feb 10 2023. We have been going back and forth with Evangelical, my insurance company since April 2022. They have messed up my bill over and over. This is an on going issue that has yet to be fixed because they mess up each time the insurance information and billing. They are destroying my credit because they keep sending me to collections for a bill I have already paid. Each time I pay I receive a bill in the mail for the same payment. I call and they say it is paid and take me to debt collections again. There billing dept does not handle situations well with constantly messing up my bill. Sending me to debt collections, does not have a handle on insurance companies. At this point it is like harassment
