    The coating guys were paid $6388.00 to resurface our patio. They started around 7/28/22 and completed the job around 8/12/22. On 8/28/22 we notified them of cracks and air pockets under the surface that were starting to form. Between 10/3/22 and 10/10/23 they came back to repair an area that first showed the cracking. The cracking and bubbling started coming back immediately. We were told by ****** who did the job that he didn't know what was wrong but said their take care of it on the spring. On 3/5/23 we contacted *********************** the owner. On 4/6/23 ****** came to look at the job and said they would fix it on June. On 5/24/23 we asked again through ******** messenger if they were coming and was told no and they don't have a date yet. I inquired 3 times since to *********************** and also forwarded my last message to the other owner at the time and they will not respond. I also tried calling by phone. ****** also owns ***** tub repair or ***** tub and tile in *********. **. He told us when he was down that he was selling this part of his business and I fully believe he doesn't intend to fix our patio. His cell number is ************. Company phone on invoice ************; mobile on invoice ************. We would like our money back at this point so we can hire someone else to redo the job.

    We contacted *********************** through his other business phone. He insists that he intends to fix the job this year but since there was a communication breakdown we were left not knowing. All we can do is wait and see.
