  Date of transaction 12/20/23 , I hired this company to do some gas line work. I wanted 4 things done and they did 4 things just not what I wanted. I wanted a gas line ran from my hot water heater , stove , dryer and wall heater. That’s what I hired them to do. And this is what I got done. They did the gas line to the stove , water heater and wall heater I did not get my gas line for my dryer because they decide to run about 30 feet of gas line to a furnace I don’t have! I paid them 2550.00 they told me on 12/20/23 they would email my receipt and I still have yet to receive it. They offered to come back to do the gas line for free because I filed a complaint through ****.com and I had agreed to it and now they’ve been ignoring me for almost a week now and I still have yet to receive my receipt and I need that for my taxes. I just bought this house also. I would really like my receipt and a partial refund if not all so I can get this job done correctly. Oh and when they said they didn’t have enough line they wanted me to pay an extra 600 dollars for one gas line that I should have had.

  I do understand as this letter in front of me implies that anything I type here may be public. That's good but I do want to stress potential situational factors here in regards to both *r and ************************. Everything that was done was discussed we ran out of material to finish the 1 line to the dryer I mentioned that if we ran out of material for what was quoted that there would be an additional cost for that. They understood (so it seemed). The husband was constantly asking my ****** and myself if we wanted to spoke weed with him and his wife. We said no he asked multiple times after we followed again with no. I asked him not to light any matches or lighter while we have the gas open and he seemed to be smoking blunts and joints the entire time knowing the hazards. (They put my Forman and me in uncomfortable positions at times). The entire house reaked of pot. I don't know if they were so High that they literally forgot what was discussed but I didn't  forget, and I have 10's of 10's of 5 star reviews based off of our honesty good pricing and hard work. Long story short the total wasn't $2,500.00 + it was quoted and collected at $2,250.00. And in regards to the additional gas line that is needed to be ran I even told ************************ I would be willing to do it for $350.00 instead of the $600.00 to work with him and his family. I stand firm on what was discussed and also what was done. I feel as if my company was wrongfully targeted and is being wrongfully targeted by ** and *************************.
