9/27/24 543 pm I sent a deposit to a breeder for a dog of $1000. I then thought it over to where this big dog wont be well taken care for in my small home. Less than 16 hours I ask for it back. She says its non refundable. I never signed an agreement or terms and conditions saying that this were true and I agree to it. Then she proceeded to not give info on the dams genetic testing or info on the parents that I asked for. No mercy no care in the world. Said the $1000 will go to all the advertising shes lost on the dog. Later she told me she does x amount ( totaling less than 100$ and for ALL OF THE ***** and that she can keep my deposit. She said that she had TONS of families want ziti and she lost out on that money. I told her to give me proof of that day and the next day 9/28-9/29 where she lost out on sales of him and she wouldnt give proof of any of that. NOW, she sold the dog to someone else ( I have screenshots of everything !!!) and saying that I didnt want him. I never said that once she wouldnt give me the deposit back that I wouldnt then go through the motions of following through. At this point I dont want the dog but shes using inappropriate tactics on her business to rip people off. Shes now threatening me with a lawyer saying that Im in the wrong and I wont see that money since its stated in the website, but I didnt read it nor did she TELL me anything about it when we were communicating, and again I didnt sign any consenting forms or see terms and conditions- there is a form, but I hadnt signed it yet also she has multiple complaints about being a puppy mill and if you go onto her website shes taking CASH PAYMENTS of $5000-$8000 dogs!!!! I have some messages incriminating her as well with that and how she NOW pays for the 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. And she tells people a certain way to send money via *****. Heads up, this lady is hiding money for tax purposes and I thought you should know.
