I bought a 2020 Nissan ***** from 422 Nissan of Limerick and that same night I contacted the dealer saying I don’t think I chose the right vehicle and would like to return it. They said no because the paperwork was completed. I have hated the vehicle since that day. The vehicle has had multiple issues with front sensor and transmission issues. I’ve contacted Nissan of limerick and ***** Nissan in Wernersville.

***** Nissan replaced the sensor but was not able to duplicate the transmission sounds/faults. So I’m stuck driving it until the issues can be “duplicated”

This is unsafe. I have filed a complaint right before this one on my 2017 Nissan ***** that I also had. BOTH of these Nissans have the CVT transmission that are known to have issues.

Tell On April 22 2021, the customer purchased the Nissan *****. The first
time we were made aware that the customer wanted to return the vehicle was Aug
11th 2023 at 3:56 PM. The customer stated that they no longer
wanted the vehicle and simply wanted to return it. We informed the customer
that a vehicle can not be simply returned but we could trade/buy the vehicle
from her. The payoff of the vehicle at the time was $4326.95 higher than the
value of the vehicle. The customer stated they couldn't pay the difference and
that we just needed to take the car back and stopped responding. 20 days
following this conversation the vehicle was then taken to a different Nissan
location (not our store)  where the customer complained about the
transmission and forward emergency emergency braking. No issues were found with
    the transmission, "DROVE
CAR 100 MILES, COULD NOT CONFIRM ANY ABNORMAL CONDITIONS, NO CODES, FLUID LEVEL
WAS FULL, NO UPDATES FOR THE TRANSMISSION."  and
the sensors for the forward collision warning were replaced under warranty. I'm also sending attachment's of the repair order from august of this year that is in Nissan national data base as **** **** never brought the car here to be looked at. She brought it to ***** Nissan as the repair order states and they found nothing wrong with it.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: ******* ********* is the manager and Nissan of limerick and tried calling me off his personal phone the other day. He’s lying and mad that I brought this claim up.

I spoke to him THE NIGHT I bought the car stating I wanted to return it and just give me my Nissan ****** back that I traded. So again, *******, you’re lying. I take my vehicles to ***** because it’s closer to my house. The ONLY reason I bought the car from limerick was because I thought I was helping a friend earn commission on FOUR CARS! But the reality of it is he’s a snood, money hungry fool who doesn’t care about customers. Treat me as a customer, not an old friend because you’re mad I reported this issue.

I have called William on numerous occasions about how much I hate the ***** and it’s issues. Even trying to trade it in on MULTIPLE accounts.

should we also add the loopholes he takes? Because I know the truth of this scum bag and how he is able to push cars out of that lot the way he does.

again, back to my original claim. I stand by it. I tried to get rid of it the same evening I got it and numerous more times since I’ve had the vehicle.

also, that replaced sensor failed AGAIN already and my car door won’t lock AT ALL, out of all the methods that could be used to lock a car. Not one works. What kind of cars is Nissan building? Absolutely garbage. Transmission is still slipping and I have witnesses that will testify.

    Regards,

******* ********* here, first I'd like to say that I do not appreciate the defamation of character or the slander in the response we received. Sadly I can not upload the original call (all in bound calls are recorded.)  that led to the above texts but it was in reference refunding her warranty and gap she purchased with the vehicle. Luckily she had not cancelled either product so her transmission issues with the vehicle are still covered under warranty. The claims of trying to trade the car numerous times are just simply not true, also attached to this email is the customer profile of all of her visits here in the store. 4/22/21 being the day the vehicle was purchased and the next contact to us was through a edmund's trade evaluation on 3/22/23 through the internet. Last time the customer stepped foot in the building was the day the vehicle was purchased according to our systems. It is true I did call her via my personal cell phone, I was simply calling to see exactly why we are going through this and what outcome the customer was hoping to get out of this, call was never answered. According to the original BBB complaint the issue was vehicle repairs, the vehicle has an active warranty, therefore any repairs the vehicle may need are covered. If the customer would like to bring the vehicle here for are technicians to take a look and see what's going on the customer is more than welcome, but I can't fully understand why we are the ones named on this complaint when ***** Nissan is the one that services the vehicle.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I am not fond of ******* basically calling me a liar. I was just in his dealership a couple months ago.

This complaint is 100% valid. I purchased my vehicle from Nissan of Limerick, therefore they are responsible for the transaction. Yes, ***** Nissan is the one servicing my vehicle because it is 5 min from my home compared to over an hour, especially since the vehicle is having so many unresolved issues.

I stand my ground on I have tried to return the vehicle right after purchasing due to buyers remorse and finding out what transmission was in it. Along with numerous times after that. I’m sure he has the records on how many times his establishment has pulled my credit.
