    You are reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information on my credit report. I have requested a full discloser of this debt. I have not received my original contract, sign contract or any information about this debt. By law after 30 days this contract is not mine. Cease and desist all reporting of this account asap. You have not proven that this account is Mine. It has been 45 days and this contract is not mine. Stop calling me and harassing about a debt that is not mine. Stop calling me after 9pm when i told you not too. You are violating my rights has a human being. Cease and desist all reporting of this debt asap. This is not my debt and needs to be delete asap.     Good afternoon ***************  The consumer's claims are false.  After speaking with the consumer on 6/7/22, we discussed her dispute with our client who verified the credit card charges are hers and due.  She claimed to be in prison when the charges were made and according to our client, she may have given the credit card to someone prior to being incarcerated.  She had 60 days to dispute the original charges but did not do so.  On 6/7/22 we updated the dispute to reflect on her credit report. On 6/17/22 we mailed her the signed application and statement.  Please see the attached documents. Further, we have never called the consumer after 9pm and have made no calls since 6/7/22.

    We are in receipt of the above complaint.  This is far from the first robo dispute letter we have received on this account.  Please see the attached CFPB complaint from 2/16/23 and our response to it at on page 4 of the first file, as well as the documentation uploads.
