    He was a great salesman on the front end who offered a quality product. However, the install was a shit show! It took 4 weeks for the install to take place. They pulled off the job multiple times a day. Tools were left plugged in and laying around. Did not clean up or take any trash including liner and padding. He was rarely available by phone and his voicemail was full. They predrilled new metal tracking over our pool house island leaving marks and debris. Never told us they were only ordering 12,000 gallons of water for our 20,000 gallons pool until they were leaving and wanted payment. It was Friday and we had to wait another 5 days on a wait list until someone could get us the remaining water. Said they did a pressure test and that our deep end return failed. They did no such thing! We had to have another company come and do a test to find out where the problem was. We wanted the issue resolved prior to installing the new liner. Now we have to drain the water we’ve paid for to fix the problem. My advice, go somewhere else!!
