      Im trying to reach out to support from this website. It will not let me log in, change my password, submit a help request, and I have emailed the support team from the link listed here with no response. I have a deadline for my test and time is important. Its been a day and Ive heard nothing from the email. I feel like this site is a scam.

      I used tests.com to study and prep for the NCE exam. The study mode was exceptional, explaining the answers which ultimately was the best way (for me) to identify and shore up missing knowledge. I also appreciated after each test you get a breakdown of what sections you were solid in and which sections could use more study time. I've never liked using flashcards so that was my least used study tool, but it did show me some terms I was not as familiar with that ended up being on the test, so I do recommend at least reviewing those. This site was my primary study/prep tool and while I supplemented it with a popular test book, I spent the majority of my study time just taking and retaking the practice tests. As a side note, I graduated almost a decade ago, so even with the long break between initially learning the info and taking the test, I was able to pass on my first attempt which I attribute to the time I spent on tests.com. The site is incredibly straightforward and pretty easy to use. Updates happen occassionally where you might not be able to access it for a short period of time, but I got emails letting me know when that was going to happen so I planned around it. Good luck on whichever test you are taking!

      Paid and now the site is down, cant contact anyone and my test is this week. Getting a refund not worth it!

      The tests for ASE are great; when I can get on. There are times when the website is really slow. I know it is not my connection because I run a speed test in a separate window which shows my connection is excellent. This has happened to me twice when I have set aside time to study only to be met with a page that fails to load, or loads incredibly slow. I am not asking for a refund as I have indeed got my money's worth from their program. I am merely suggesting that they get a better server.

      I found Tests.com a very helpful resource for my Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse exam. I liked the study mode which not only explained the reason for the correct answer but also the reason the other answers were incorrect. With the test scores breaking the test down by subject matter, I was able to tailor my studying to areas I needed to improve the most. Seeing the same questions several times helped reinforce the knowledge I was learning. I also used a HPNA study guide and review course but this was a great resource for helping me pass the certification exam.
