    On or around April 14, 2024, I contacted Selective Plumbing for an estimate on installing a "NEW" kitchen sink, faucet and bathroom faucet in my home at ***************************************************************** **** came to my home and showed my different sinks and faucets via the internet on his cell phone. He highly suggested a certain sink for the kitchen, and I agreed with the sink he suggested and the two faucets. He gave me a price and I agreed. **** told me it would take about two weeks to order in the sink and faucets. On May 3, 2024, **** came with ***** (another worker) and my sink and faucets were installed. Within three months of the installation of my new sink, the surface of the sink began to fade, and small holes formed. The sink now has numerous holes in the surface as well as yellow stains throughout. I immediately called Selective Plumbing and asked for the Manufacturer warranty information so I could call for a representative to come check my issue. **** responded that I needed to get my sink resurfaced and that it was my choice as to the sink I chose. After this initial call, **** would no longer return my calls, so I asked my son to call him. My son received a return voicemail stating: "Your mother chose the sink. There is nothing I can do." A couple of days later, a resurfacing company called me and said they were asked by **** at Selective Plumbing to come over and give me an estimate to resurface my sink. I explained to them that this was a new sink, only 3 months old and they said I should contact the manufacturer for a warranty because a new sink should never have issues like mine does within three months of installation. I have been trying to get the warranty from Selective Plumbing to no avail.I am an 89 year old woman, who obviously has been taken advantage of by **** and Selective Plumbing,. I paid $1,100.00 for a "NEW" Sink, and two "NEW" faucets. It appears I got a used resurfaced sink and faucet that is worse than what I had.
