    In April, 2024 I made reservations to Kalyumet for 8/22/2024 to 8/25/2024. I didn’t realize that our kids were going back to school on this day, so on July 25, 2024 I called and canceled, the gentleman on the phone said that I would receive only $61.87 back from my $123.73 deposit, because they changed their cancellation policy. After hanging up I checked my receipt and that was not on my receipt mine stated that I would get 75% back, I called back and the gentleman told me that they did recently changed the policy and he would connect me to a manager, I left a message for the manager and did not hear back from her. July 26, 2024 I checked my bank account and saw that they did return $61.87 I then called back and spoke to Sandy, a manager there and she insured me that I would get the remaining balance minus $10 dollars that I put down for the deposit. On July 30, 2024 Jordan from Kalyumet called and I explained the situation and she assured me that she was taking it to the manager and this would be dissolved immediately. On Aug 3, 2024 I reached out again via email and Sandy emailed back saying that it was suppose to be in on Saturday and she’s sorry that it wasn’t done yet but it would get taken care of immediately. Now it’s August 6, 2024 still no remaining refund in my bank I should be getting $51.86 back minus the $10.00 they keep and I have attempted to call twice and they tell me the manager is busy they will call me back, but never do.
