    June 12th i received a day eviction notice to pay $4081. I spoke with **** ****** the building manager here at Union House and said I thought it was wrong. She didn't want to hear it so I went over her head and called to NY to the home office and spoke with ***** *******. ***** said she would set up a meeting with me, **** and ****** *****, ****'s regional director. After that meeting ****** returned to NY and maybe the 2nd week of July had emailed me my rent ledger from the very 1st month that I had moved in here which was end of August/beginning of September 2019 til June 30th 2023. By this time it was saying that I owed $4685 in back rent, which I wasn't denying that I may owe some back rent but I didn't think it was that much. I just wanted them to look over it but they refused to look over it and do the math. So I had done the math and had 2 other people do the math and 2 of us figured that I was ahead as of June 30th. When I went to **** and told her this she said she would talk to ****** and 2 weeks later I had to go ask her about it and she said that no ****** said no that there were 12 months that I didn't pay rent in the passed 4 years. But they didn't take into consideration the 17 times that I had paid over $1000 or more, there was 1 month i had paid $4000 towards my rent in 1 month!!! So they both are REFUSING to do the math on my rent ledger!!! But yet she will not follow thru and evict me either. I have a disabled daughter and there is a handicapped apartment that has been empty for months and I keep asking to move into it and **** will NOT let us until I pay the $4685 BUT yet she will not do the math or work with me!!! This is going on since June12th!! I have tried to contact whomever I can to help. I made a complaint with the Attorney General and now rumor has it she wants to give the handicapped apartment to someone that isn't even handicapped. She is very spiteful!! I need help with this!! I also have phone calls into Fair housing if they callme
