    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is as satisfactory as I'm looking for. 

    I'm not looking for a refund or anything. I wanted it noted (screenshots attached) that we were absolutely ignored and left charged for something with no intention of finding and fixing the actual problem.

    Before the day in question, we were at the residence for the tub being blocked and had to replace cast iron pipes . The day in question we were told the toilet wasnt flushing on second floor observed that it wasnt flushing went to basement observed the water filling up the pipe with no access to snake it . We cut section of cast out to snake pipe . We ran snake out twice had water moving better than it was . Flushed toilet downstairs and, water backed up through pipe were snaking at that point snaked again and got it to go down and I told her there were other problems .I had other work and told her once I got caught up Id be back 

    I noticed no vents thru the roof and could cause water to run slow that could help and try snaking it out again 

    The bill was

    340 labor 89 in parts 

    the bill was replacing cast with pvc adding 3 clean out and snaking pipe 
    2.5 hours at 135 per hour
