I ordered (order #****) from The Heritage Flour Company four Organic Einkorn pancake mix gift boxes. The total charged to my **************** by their company came up to $52.95 on Jan. 8th, 2025. In the last few days, I have attempted to contact them via email and phone calls to their business. I have received zero contact back from the company. At this point, I dont even know if their business is legitimate or even existing. If the business is legitimate, I would at least like to have my product or be refunded.

The owner of The Heritage Flour Company contacted me & issued a refund as of today February 7th, 2025.

I would really like to thank the Better Business Bureau for taking the time with this matter to help me resolve this issue.

    Dear ****-***,
Today I received a second letter from the BBB addressing the complaint you received from ******************************* you will find the email I sent her as soon as I received the first complaint.  Please note the following:
As per the email we sent to Ms. ****** which, in combination with the screenshot I took of Ms. ******** order as it showed on our Malvern Farmers' Market page, I hope explains well enough why she didn't receive her order.  The mistake was on her part, not ours.  On the other hand, we were derelict in answering her email/phone calls, but I, personally, am out of the office more than I am in nowadays, and this has been an ongoing situation for the past fifteen months as my husband has had two strokes since then, and currently needs 24-hr care.  I delegate as best as my memory allows me to, but not well enough obviously.
I hope this adequately explains the situation at our end. Many apologies for all the inconvenience.
    best,
    ******** *******

    Hello, *********,
A letter from the BBB alerted me to the fact that you had placed an order with us you had not yet received, which was very surprising because we are not behind in shipping out orders.  As it turned out, I couldn't find your order on our mail order page, but I did find an email confirming the order and subsequently found the order on our **************** order page.  Apparently, somewhere along the line during the ordering process, you ended up selecting shipping from the local Malvern Farmers' Market, which we stopped attending this past year, thus giving us no reason to access its particular page any more.  Regardless, many apologies for the mix-up.
I tried to give you a call earlier, and will try again tomorrow to find out what you'd like us to do about the order.  We can ship your order Tuesday, if you so wish.  Otherwise, will be happy to refund.
    best,
    ******** *******
