    This company has a HORRIBLE technical support system. It’s pretty much guaranteed that you’ll be on hold for help for an hour MINIMALLY (unless you call first thing at 8 AM). My current hold time is 1 hr, 27 minutes. As a business owner who has other obligations, this is unacceptable when trying to quickly troubleshoot and find a solution for a non working vending machine that needs to be functional. My previous machine/card reader was originally connected to the sister company, Cantaloupe, and I’m not quite sure how things got switched, but my experience there was ions better. It is clear that Greenlite needs wayyy more phone staff support. This is ridiculous. They promote a chat line online, but that’s pointless, as it’s just an email system, and it may be days before getting a response that way.
