    We hired this door repair company to fix our pocket door that was broken from the track up top. The repair was done terribly. The door doesnt open and close properly, it rubs on the door frame. Also, they removed the molding from around the door and when they replaced it the work was so sloppy it looks as if I did it myself. The nails are sticking out of the frame and the glue they used to put it back on is visible. I called and reported my complaint and asked for a refund. They finally agreed to $200 refund that was supposed to be sent back to our Zelle account within 3-5 business days. It has now been well beyond that and we havent received any refund. I have called over 10 times and every time they keep telling me a manager will call me back. No one has ever called me back. Im concerned this company is a scam especially since no one will ever let me talk to a manager and I cant seem to get my money back. I also offered to have someone else come fix it again and they said theres no technician in your area anymore. I dont trust this company at all. Ultimately I want all of my $500 back that I paid for the sloppy job that was done. This job was completed a few weeks ago and I have called to follow up every day without any real resolution or ever speaking with a manager.
