    Incorrectly billed me for months and refused to call back or email back to correct their billing errors.

    Client concerns were addressed and she was happy with the explanation. Client was made aware of insurance delayed in submitting her explanation of benefit. The program director also called client and spoke with her about her concerns.

    The businesses "feedback" is inaccurate. They resolved nothing, my insurance didn't pay their incorrect claims because they submitted them too late. They never retracted the claims and still have not reached back out to resolve why they charged my credit card without reason and never credited back to my credit card. They director called and was made aware no one has resolved the issues or ever called or emailed me back and her response was that someone said they did, which again was a lie. Doubling down on mistakes is not fixing them.
