    Ihired Victory disability to handle my SSDI claim. Afgter providing all of the information to the company I was told as a 100% Service Disabled vetran I would be expidited and my claim should fast. Well a year later and the first round denial in the past. This company does nothing. I supply all of the information all of the communication with the SSDI people and monitoring the process. I made acall jsu tprior to typing this to confirm my facts and they addmitted to not talking to me for 5 months and hav emede no effort or movement on my case thta is over a year now. In fact he has me contacting the SSDI person again on my own to talk about my case he has no clue about. I ma sure they will continue to do nothing and jsut assign another pers on and another person to it.

    Sir,

    We requested that your claim be expedited by the SSA based on your 100% service connection when you first became a client.  Unfortunately, the SSA is experiencing its worst delays since the disability program was founded.  We are unable to control how quickly the SSA works on cases; we can only stay on top of them with any and all information they would need to make a decision.  We continue to provide you up to the minute status of your claim via our client portal most recently as four days ago.  We would recommend contacting your local congressman and expressing your concerns regarding the slow processing times at Social Security.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was called by the company and they attempted to put everything on me and not except there mistakes or failures to communicate. The answer the give me is that I should contact my Congressman and have them look into it. If I am going to resolve this why do I have them getting paid?

    I would not trust this company. I signed up for their services with the understanding that my case would be expedited because of me being 100% disabled through the VA. I was promised an email verifying that this was the case. That email never came. I subsequently requesting a cancellation of their services 3 days later. I spoke with Alexander S*********** (the lead attorney) who on two occasions (one was recorded) stated that he would withdraw his representation. I have since contacted the SS Administration or 3 occasions and Victory Disability has yet to formerly request that their representation be removed from my case. To date they have done absolutely nothing for my case and yet they still will not remove themselves.

    Sir - we spoke to you on a Friday afternoon regarding representation.  By Monday, you wanted to know why your case had not been expedited yet.  The email was not sent because you afforded us less than 2 working hours to produce what you wanted.  Unfortunately, I do not know any firms that can work within your time constraints.  I spoke to you regarding our withdraw from your case which we faxed to the *** that day.  Again, as I said to you that day, the *** does not always process paperwork and faxes in a timely manner. I also told you that you have every right to request from the *** directly that we be removed; an Attorney does not have to withdraw in order to be terminated as the representative.   I have since emailed you a copy of the letter we faxed on 10/31 withdrawing and waiving any right to a fee.  We have also re-faxed the withdraw for a second time today. You have also stated in this review that you illegally recorded a call between us which shows that you did not approach this relationship in good faith, but instead sought to receive assistance in expediting your claim only to terminate our services shortly thereafter without having to pay a fee.
