    The wig was a horrid absolute mess. I hate that I didn't check more reviews before spending my money on this cheap terribly constructed wig. I could have gotten better from the beauty supply store. For $98 the wig was matted in some spots. Had a pice cut out the top and definitely didn't look like the pi turns on the site or like the ones given to influencers. Thw woman who owns this business ought to be completely ashamed of herself for selling people garbage.

    Item described on site not actual picture . Horrible customer service and they fight you about trying to get your money which is a long battle that you will be fighting for months .after the 1st email you send to the company they block you on their social network so you don’t post negative reviews . You end up stuck with a horrible wig that you can not wear .

    I placed an order on November 29th, 2022. USPS lost my order and Fingercomber's lack of response to my issue has been a complete & utter failure. I have contacted them multiple times and there is either no response at all or a promise to send a new unit (never sent since I never received new tracking information, and no offer to return my money. 3 months later & I have nothing to show for it except frustration for wasting my money on a company that obviously has not desire to resolve a customer's complaint. I'd give them ZERO stars if it were an option.

    Terrible! I’ve purchased units from them in the past and was very happy with my purchase, but after my last two orders I will not be ordering from them again and definitely not recommend. Lindsey, is a horrible business person! Save your money and buy from Amazon. This is one black owned business you should not support! Terrible people and Terrible product. You might get what’s advertised and you might not…either way, NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS

    I'm giving a one star based on my recent experience with them on Instagram. I have been following their account for a few years. During the pandemic, I bought about 3 wigs from them. Although, 1 of them didn't look like what was featured, I still kept them and sometimes asked for advice on what to do to care for them, because I do understand that you have to work with them to get the desired look that you want. My last purchase, I thought the wig was beautiful, it was in the color I wanted, but it didn't look like what was pictured. It wasn't very full and by fluffing it out, I still couldn't achieve the fullness of the wig. So, I left a comment under the video on Instagram. Fingercomber deleted and blocked me from their account! All I did was leave a comment-I didn't ask for a return or even an exchange, because I was still going to keep the wig, I wore it to work today and they blocked me! They didn't even reach out to me or anything.
    Their customer service sucks! Yes, my feelings are a little hurt, lol, because I was wanting to order a soft kinx wig next, but they won't get a red cent from me, anymore!
