      I had a reasonable experience with an online order. When it didn’t arrive, I called, it was on back order, I cancelled, and the money was returned to my form of payment. It took a few days longer to see the cc credit than I expected, but the person on the phone sent a verification email with their internal processing information.

      Ordered a $189 pair of electric socks …very difficult speaking to customer service ,were English was likely a second language .was told that there xl size is fine for a size 10 shoe ….well there not had to struggle to get them on ,after a 5 minute wrestling match to get them on ,I said no way sending them back . Well got dog hair on them and send them back . I was planning do get there xxl size but again communication was a issue ,so I requested a refund . It cost me nearly $14 to send back and than I receive a email that there would be a 30% restocking fee ! I emailed 2x without satisfaction …therefore customer service isNOT a priority at this company Can’t tell you if the socks worked or not ,couldn’t get them on long enough without being angry .. Choose another company with good customer service ,this company clearly doesn’t get a check mark from me Tom Rogers

      The warming store is a joke bought a pair of remote control heated socks. They came in and were dirty an the remote control didn't work. Communicated with them for a week trying to get a return RA# all I got was jerked around

      Ordered a heated seat cushion. It lights up but does not get hot. Called customer service and the representative said that they only sell return merchandise that has been checked and verified. Their website does not reflect their second hand merchandise. She also said they don’t do returns, but the website says that they do. After several more phone calls, they decided that they could do a “one time” refund.

      Well;, I can certainly see WHY this company is NOT BBB accredited! Unfortunately, I am in the middle right now, trying to get a large item I ordered almost a month ago..I did it originally, but healing element did not work right, so I had to return...STILL waiting for my new coat! Always given an excuse which I feel makes NO sense! Don't advertise for something you don't carry or have! Usually a company that legal has a quick turn around...don't know what to do...Nice coat, but does not work! Still waiting....

      One star like the rest of the reviews. I bought gloves and was immediately charged. Almost 2 weeks later they were never shipped and was told the manufacturer was shipping the gloves to them and it would take 3-5 business days then 7-10 days to ship them to me. After inquiring a few times, I was told they just left the warehouse (how convenient) then was told they made a mistake and they didn't ship. After getting screwed around so much, I told them to cancel the order. This place is a jokes P.S. I ordered the same gloves from the manufacturer (Hestra) and they will be here in 2 days.

      Sorry company everyone please stay away I ordered the warming mission fan haven't received I've called just to be put on hold and then they hang up. I've tried there email caint get connected fraud fraud stay away or get ripped off
