    My wife and I have been customers of ********************** for approximately 40 years. We have never had an unpaid account with the business. Approximately 4 years ago we moved out of the area but continued to use Wheatlyn Eye Care for our vision provider. In February 2024, both of us had vision checkups and paid what we were charged at the time for services. We never heard another word from Wheatlyn Eye Care until we received a notice from their collection agency saying that we each owed $80 in fees and another $32 each for collection fees. When we contacted Wheatlyn Eye Care, they informed us that they had sent statements to our previous address but once was turned over to collection, "Ha Ha, there's nothing they could do." Funny, they had no problem contacting us to tell us that it was time for our eye exam.Needless to say, after 40 years, we'll find someone else to provide vision services.
