      we prepaid for all the Lawn services for 2023. Two of the services were not performed and the business said they would send a refund back in November 2023. Also in 2023 their worker damaged our fence on two different occasions which I had to pay the fence repair that I was told would be reimbursed also. we spoke to the owner of this business back in April 2024 and he said he had been sick, etc. but would get this taken care of. As of today, August 28 nothing has been done.After many phone calls, texts, and voicemails have been left with no answer. Also have sent copies of this invoice several times no reply. People should not do business with this company.

      I was able to contact the owner of the business and he told me that because of some health issues that he has been having that they were trying to get things sorted out and back on track. He said to please allow them time to get their business back in order and they will send a refund check. although I have been waiting over six months, I will give them the benefit of the doubt before I call a lawyer.

      We paid $620.10 for lawn care service. Out of the $620.10 paid $238.50 was for the 2023 fall overseeding of our lawn, this service was not done. We have tried to contact the VetPro Service via phone calls, left several messages and via e-mails, all with no communication back. We would like our money refunded! How can this company be held accountable for charging for services never received?

      Pre paid for lawn fertilization services which included five individual visits. We only received three, after numerous telephone calls and texts to ***** at Vetprolawn wondering where they were and when would they be coming.

      Paid for 5 treatments lawn care in April 17 2023. Received 3 with begging them to come , now no response by phone or text .
