  Last November i had this company pave my driveway. It was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I recently contacted the owner about issues with the paving job that was done. He want pictures so i sent them and told him they do not really show the issues and it would be better to see in person. He said thatwould be ok but havent gotten a response the last two times that i contacted him. He also had excuses as to why these issues are happening. To be honest it appears to be a quick getbyour money job as if there wasnt enough material used or whatever is involved in paving. There is cracking, sinking spots, and ruts. I see alot of other driveways that were repaved and havent seen any of that. I would just like this issue resolved weather it needs redone or my money back because this is not acceptable.

   I have spoken with ***** about two weeks ago and looked at the issues. Although the issues are not because of our workmanship which I did point out to him and he was in agreements. All the issues are coming from the neighbor to his right from all of his water coming onto the driveway as well as *****'s water from his gutters staying on the driveway I did say that we would be out to fix the couple low spots for him. I did let him know it would be several weeks till we can come out and touch those up for him as it is our busiest time of year. I expect to be out there either next week or the week after Thanksgiving to touch those things up for him.

  The reviews are very positive and the work that is shown is amazing as well what they showed me on site they can do. We spent $10,500 for this patio. Which was in line with the other companies we got quoted. It was “completed” April 26th 2022. 1st the work went fast and after they poured everything it was BAD no boarder outlined. The stamps/skins are all over the boarder lines. The color does not match and the middle is stained darker. There are drag lines through out the patio as well as boot prints. The concrete stained my sliding glass door and stairs to my deck (which I had to replace). The tubes for the water run off where all showing and not dug out (which I had to dig out myself and try to set them in at an angle). 2nd they came back out to “fix” the issues and used lighter color to fill in the stamps that were in the boarder now I have lines of light brown all over. 3rd they came back out to “fix” the issues again. After doing the same thing as before they resealed it and had it bubble up all over. Now there are light brown lines with bubble marks all over. 4th the owner came out to look and agreed it looked bad and spoke with his supply guys and had some ways to “fix”the issues. That was two months ago….still no call or text. There is a reason they didn't post about the great work they did because no one will hire them if they saw this job. Now I have other contractors seeing if they can fix it. All said it would have to be ripped out and redone due to how many bad areas/issues there are. I was promised a beautiful stamped patio. Pictures included of what the owner said they have done and what mine will look like. Now I have an eye sore in my backyard where I am embarrassed to have anyone see it. Contractors have said its one of the worst stamped patios they have seen. I no longer enjoy my yard due to the horrible job of the patio. They have 100% guarantee satisfaction on there website but I am not satisfied at all!
