I paid for tickets for an event held here. It was a two day event. They gave you a bracelet on day one. They never said you need it both days. I paid $225 prior to the event for the tickets and had scan bars in my phone for them. On day two they said if you don't have your bracelets, which they never said to keep, you have to pay again. I asked for a manager, she was the manager and said your not.getting in without a bracelet. I asked to speak with someone else.. she said.i can get you the parking attendant but I am it in the area. I didn't have money to give and felt forced to pay again to make sure my son and his friends didn't miss this event. My younger son and I left because.I didn't have the money to pay twice. It was already an expensive weekend. I spoke with security.. he said maybe it was on their website or your email, I said it was no where. He said well you cant get in without a bracelet. I paid another ****** for my son and his friends to get in and I want my money back. I shouldn't have to pay twice for the same event that I had proof I paid for. They were rude and dismissive and didn't care to even take the mobile tickets they provided

Above her screenshots from the email that was sent over confirming the five tickets I purchased for the cam ****** event at spooky nook.  I also attached one of the mobile scans that we have for all five tickets as well.  This is what I was showing to the woman as she was telling me I had to pay for a second time for the same ticket to the 2-day event.  She did not care about seeing this proof and said if I don't have the bracelet from the day before, which I told her no one told us to save, she said we weren't getting in.

    Good Evening,

Thank you for your attempt to resolve this issue.  I strongly recommend you do technique steps to investigate this business.  There was no reason we should have been charged twice for this event.  The tickets were clearly paid for for a 2-day event.  This ruined my attempt to have A fun weekend with my son for his birthday along with his friends.  They clearly are looking for ways to make money and could care less about the consumer.  I was told that the business has the best attorneys and I could go ahead and move forward with reaching out to one myself to reap the money they let me know choice but to pay.  I had three boys who were looking forward to that second day of the event staring at me and I could not disappoint them.  ************ clearly has no regard for people that are trying to make ends meet And doing their best.  There was no reason for me to pay for this event twice and it left me and my younger son not able to attend for the second day.  As I said, I strongly encourage you to look into this business as the response to a one-star review was... " Thank you for the Stars". There is an extreme lack of care for the consumer.  Thank you again for your help.

And just to know I was not contacted by them at all.
