    I went to this company to purchase a rear differential, and two CV axles for a 2017 ***** CX five grand touring vehicle. They said they had the parts and I purchased them the mechanic that was putting the parts on said twoCV axles for the incorrect axles. He sent me a photo and I want to go and return the two CV axis to this company Costys and ********************** within the 30 day return for the items and they refuse to refund my money because they said they were the right CV axles later they told me they had re-ordered a set of CV axles and I did not ask him to re-order those CVaxles because I couldve gotten the wrong ones again. so the mechanic that was replacing the parts on that vehicle ordered the correct CV axles for the vehicle cost me $285.

    BBB,

    It appears the customer complaint to the ******************** may have been premature. The complaint is dated 4/25/25, it was not received by our office until 5/5/25. Attached, you will find the original invoice and a refund that was processed and provided to the customer on 5/2/25 (Prior to receipt of notice from the BBB). Additionally, the customer is returning to our office today for an additional refund in the amount of $100. 

    The customer was provided with the wrong products, the products were sourced by our company from a 3rd party provider and given to the customer without knowledge of the products being incorrect. The only way of knowing they were incorrect was if we had the customers vehicle to assemble and verify which was not possible because the customers car was approximately 3 hours facility.

    Our company has worked with the customer to properly resolve the unfortunate situation, it seems that a premature complaint to the BBB prior to resolution may have been unnecessary. Our company remains committed to this and all customers. We remain open for continued dialogue if necessary.
