    In spring of 2022 prior to opening of the camping season, it was to bought to my familys attention that a fellow camper was having an inappropriate relationship. I did not want my family to be around that, so I called and explained the situation to the management. They instructed me to come and clean up my seasonal site, and I would receive a full refund. I completed the task as directed. From that point management has been dodging my phone calls. The photos below are proof the site was cleaned at managements request.

    Dear *** *******,

    I am sorry that I missed your deadline regarding the above referenced complaint.  Your email dated 10/5/22 was the first time we have received any correspondence from the Better Business Bureau.  I believe it may have to do with the fact that the customer gave you the incorrect email and business information.  While I do agree that ** ********** did indeed remove his personal effects and clean the campsite, he left out that we do not usually offer refunds on seasonal campsites as per the seasonal agreement he signed when he rented the campsite.  We did agree to offer him a refund in the event that we were able to rent the campsite for the season.  At this time we have not been able to do so.  We are in the process of signing new seasonal guests for next camping season and it is our hope that we will be able to rent the site and offer him a refund.
