I have a contract with this company for land/ and hard escape. The contract is is called proposal #****. The proposal was created on official paper of the company and was signed by an agent/salesperson of the company. I was told that the work will take only "a few days" suppose to start on 9/23/2024. The work was started and foreign workers dis a good partial job. But about a 1/3 of the job the Salesman called Mr. ********* to dispute the parts of the contract. He even would refuse to talk about the problem as he said, he does not want to travel "one hour" to see me. He kept the work was completed and I was asking him to examine the work against the contract so he can see the work is not completed. The arguments by email continued until he eventually came. Now he was not disputing that elements of the contract are not completed, but claiming I was crazy to want those things therefore should not be done. He then started to act by shouting and in front of others insulting me and calling me a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON, he was accusing me of not have paid the 2d payment, while there is an email from him telling me someone will pick that check up. The check had been sitting in my house waiting for the person who never came. Now he picked up the check and I forced him to sign to finish the job. I doubt he will come as I understood his boss was twisting his arm not to finish the job and bully me to accept that. Probably they think an old foreign woman with grey hair can be forced to let go of enforcing the contract. This is so unfortunate to see the decline of morality and manner just to force money out of people unjustly. I LIKE TO ASK BBB TO TRY ITS BEST TO RESOLVE THIS DISPUTE AND HAVE THEM TO APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCIVILIZED PRACTICES. The amount of work done by
