    The staff are very polite and they politely ignore your request! If you want something from them, they conveniently ignore you until you call and call and call.Also, they blame their "ebill department people" for not sending out ebill and I felt they never looked into my request as I never received a call from their "ebill department people" to help resolve the matter.On the positive side, their customer service person is very nice and she offered to switch me back to paper billing at this day in technology time. I switched and hopefully won't have to pay the extra penalties every month due to their end of the system issues! I was just getting tired of paying extra $3 to $7 per month extra because I was not receiving the bills!!!!BTW, I was beginning to believe that this is a game they play to get customers pay the penalty. I hope this stops now that I am on paper billing; and they won't blame "the post office" for not delivering to my address!
