    My husband had an eye appointment with advance eye center in Masontown PA on 12/16/2022. He took time off work as a first year teacher for this appointment. At the appointment he expressed that he needed contacts as he is having trouble seeing at work. They said that his trial contacts would be in, in a week. He called the following week and was told the prescriptions were in back order they would follow up with him. He called again mid January and left a voice mail and did not here back. I called for him in February 9th and left a message i received no call back. I called again on march 9th a month after my last call and nearly 3 months after his appointment. They called me back on March 10th at this time now they say his contacts trial are in. I explain to them that at this point my husband has been without contacts for 3 months and he does not want to deal with them due to this delay and lack of follow up. I asked for his prescription and they refuse to give it. The lack of follow up through this whole situation and the attitude of the office staff is absolutely unacceptable.

    that it was a necessity to have ******** ** checked after he Receives samples due to liability. Reasons as well as confirming that CL are Correct for him. She stated that he wore them before and that she was "turning usin" for not Releasing ce script @ that point I told. Thee that he would need a new exam if she went elsewhere and that this a regular procedure for any practice he would gots. At this time. I did offer for him to come in + pick lup trials + be fitted at this time... She stated that Ible of length of time for CL to come in (on backinder) they were also dissatisfier, I explained toner that they were in backorder and if she did not believe me. I went`s best her contact company-In Contact lens checks are ancemal protocal for all patients to get their contact lens prescription. This is the policy for liability Reasons.
