    4 October 2024. I purchase 3 model kits from Internet Hobbies,LLC. According to them the items will be delivered i 2 to 3 days. Never received the items. I've been calling the with no answers.Also sent them emails with no luck. This company is a scam and fraud is been taking place. I want a refund of my money and don't know what to do. Will appreciate any help . Thank you

    On July 5th I made a purchase from the retailer online in the amount of $88.55 using my credit card. They charged my card and I never received my purchase. I attempted to contact them to find out the status of my purchase though their online portal, through direct email, and through direct phone call. To date I have not received a reply to any of my inquires nor have I received my purchased products.

    Ordered an ****** ******* SHIP MODELS 1/96 ********** CLIPPER SHIP KIT that was claimed to be on backorder and will ship when available. They immediately charged my credit card. Assuming it might take a month or longer to ship since it was was on backorder, I waited. The item was never received. Contacted the the company so many times, never received a response.     On May 18th I made a purchase of 2 scale model cars, the amount of 45.00 was charged. As of 07-05-23 I have not received my products. I have reached out on 4 occasions on the 1rst 2 occasions I realized I did not identify my self. I got a reply this company did not know who l was I have replied 2 more times with no responce.

    I made a purchase on Hobbywheels.com on June 14, 2023, Order Number **-****. The purchase was for a ********* 1/25 2002 ******** ******** ***** Fire Pumper Truck Kit, in the total amount of $75.90. I have reached out the the company 3 times, by email to hobbywheelsinfo, on June 22, June 25, and June 28, requesting a delivery estimate. All three times have resulted in no response. I desire delivery of my purchase.

    Internet Hobbies claimed item would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. It has been over a week with zero contact. I have emailed and used the contact us form of business multiple times with zero response. I then began researching the company and apparently this is very common and they are running a scam. The address given seems to be fake. They have been reported over and over on the BBB and many had to contact bank. Also were sued from a state or two research showed. Stay away from this "company" if you want to call it that. Website should be shut down.

    I placed an order with *********************** on 3-14-21 for 71.64 (including shipping) of various model paints. I received a confirmation and order number (**-*****) for said order. As of 3-3-23 I have not received any items from this company. I have reached out over 15 times with one response stating they would update me 'soon'. I requested a refund multiple times and received no response back.

    order placed Oct 31 2021 order amount $105.80 order number **-***** Sent email approx. 60 days after ordering, company responded saying i would receive my order within 14 days. order was never sent. sent multiple emails with no response. requested refund , requested credit, requested partial shipment/ refund, all with no reply.
