    Job included putting vinyl siding (which was on sale at the time and he never ordered it until months later) on one side of my mobile home and replacing my front window in living room, plus fixing a leak in my kitchen window. I have called and texted and am getting the run around. He keeps telling me he will come in a week or two, this has been for months. I am tired of waiting and he doesn't even remember that he was suppose to install a window.

    We recently (06-02-23) contracted with Heartfelt Contracting to have some holes (7 large plus assorted smaller) underneath our mobile home patched. We had found Heartfelt Mobile Home Service & Repair listed in the phone book and it was also listed online on yellowpages.com with a BBB Rating of A+.  Jake, the owner of Heartfelt, had come 2 weeks earlier and taken a look under the trailer. He quoted us a cost of $375 and required a cash down payment of $250 for supplies (we have a paper copy of the contract verifying that we paid the down payment). He said at the time that it would probably take a couple of hours and that he might need to bring a helper.
    When he showed up alone to do the work, he had a roll of metal flashing and a roll of metallic tape (definitely not worth $250, maybe $50 if I’m being generous). After removing a section of skirting to access the crawlspace, he proceeded to kneel directly on the piece of skirting that he had placed directly on top of some flowers that were growing next to the trailer. Afraid that he would damage the skirting, I switched it for some cardboard, placing it next to the flowers, while he was under the trailer. While under the trailer, he removed some open ductwork and patched that hole and we believed the rest of the holes. After less than an hour, he came out and said that he was done and we paid him the remaining $125. He then left, taking any leftover supplies with him.
    The next day, I went under the trailer myself to look for and fill any small holes that he might have missed. I immediately saw a large hole right near where he had entered the crawlspace that had not been patched. Looking around further, I found that 2 large holes under the bathroom that I had very specifically mentioned beforehand and asked about after he said that he was done had not been patched at all as well as a couple of medium sized holes. He had patched 3 large holes (not very well, there were gaps and the metallic tape was already coming loose in some spots) and that was all that he had done.
    I sent Jake a text with pictures of the holes that he had not patched and asked him to get back to me about coming back to finish the job. He texted back “OK”. After 2 days with no further response, I called and left a message asking him to call me back. I did this again (called and left messages) the next 2 days but still received no response.
