    Sicilia Refrigeration attempted to repair my gas home furnace first in Jan. 8, 2025 It took them three days to finally get the furnace running.Then the furnace quit running AGAIN on Mar. 9, 2025 (Just 60 days later). It has been NINE days and they still have NOT responded in person to my home to attempt repair.NOTE: 1. Sicilia initially replaced my furnace several years ago but they want nothing to do with repairing it or maintaining it. Sicilia just wants the big bucks to install new furnaces. 2. Sicilia was assigned to my residence by ***** Home Warranty to fix the furnace. 3. I have filed a complaint about Sicilia Refrigeration with ***** Home Warranty and asked them to remove Sicilia as a service provider. 4. My wife and I are both senior citizens and going without heat is not an option. Sicilia did not care at all about our safety or well being or going without heat during the cold winter.
